Claims Submission Methods

• WPS Bulletin Board System (BBS) asynchronous telecommunications. This method requires using a modem to connect to the WPS BBS.

• Gateway Express (All lines of business). This method provides a secure connection for all Trading Partners to transmit and receive data, using a web-browser-based interface.

Claim Submission

If you are interested in obtaining PC-ACE software to submit claims directly to WPS, it is available for download on this website. If you are a new submitter, you also will need to register for a WPS Trading Partner number, complete an EDI Agreement, and download the Full Install of PC-ACE V5.0.
